I'm giving 5 stars because Vanderhyde definitely deserve it! We ordered a new 350 Lariat. We were told approximately 6 months if not longer. 6 weeks and we have our beautiful new truck! Our salesman, Jake(Jacob) was the absolute best! My husband has been wanting a new truck for several years but didn't want to have the payments. He finally said, let's do it! And off to Vanderhyde we go! Jake was so kind and so helpful, no pressure! Never did we feel pressure! The financial dude was awesome as well as the manager. Sorry don't remember their names. Trust me, if you are looking for new car/truck, let Jake work with you! I hope Vanderhyde realizes they have a great staff representing them! I nominate, Jake for employee of the month 😀 Thank you, Jake!

Vanderhyde Ford is worth the drive. We can say so many positive things, but we will tell you what they are NOT. The service department is like all others, NOT. All the customer service people talk down to you and impersonal, NOT. Always expect a high pressure up-sell for services, goods, parts etc; NO. You CAN expect to be treated with respect, given information regarding your vehicle with services that will need your attention in the future. No pressure.
I highly recommend Mitch Vining and his team at Vanderhyde Ford. They go above and beyond for their customers. I have sent friends of mine in there as well, they do not take advantage, they make sure their vehicles are in great working order before they leave the lot, and if they happen to run into any issues they go above and beyond to help. If you stop in, ask for Mitch in the pre-owned department!
Best experience I've ever had at a dealership.
Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They made the purchase process painless and fun.
Also, they are totally transparent about the process. And really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is comfortable.
It will be a while before I buy my next vehicle, but I look forward to visiting for my regular maintenance appointments.
